INFINITE I

Composed of 24 reflective panels arranged in a circle, the sculpture Infinite I gives the shimmering illusion of movement. The installation invites the spectator to place himself in the centre of the work and to search for his own reflection, which he discovers fragmented and impossible to reconstitute.

A reference to an era in which human beings are drowning in selfies, Infinite I, like a breach in the ego, merges interior and exterior, opening up new perspectives.

Composée de 24 panneaux réfléchissants disposés en cercle, la sculpture Infinite I donne l’illusion miroitante du mouvement. Le dispositif invite le spectateur à se placer au centre de l'œuvre et à y rechercher son propre reflet, qu'il découvre fragmenté et impossible à reconstituer.
Clin d'oeil à une époque où l'être humain se noie dans les selfies, Infinite I, telle une brèche dans l'égo, fusionne intérieur et extérieur, ouvrant sur de nouvelles perspectives.
